Monday 6:00am or 7:00am, SWIM at Riviera Country Club, 1155 Blue Rd., Coral Gables (additional fee required).
Tuesday 5:45am to 7:15am, RUN at Moore Park track, 765 NW 36th St, Miami, or, the BRIDGE at Key Biscayne, meet over the big bridge, in front of the catamarans.
Wednesday 5:55am to 7:10am, SWIM at Miami Rowing Club Pool, 3600 Rickenbacker Cswy., Key Biscayne.
Thursday 5:15am, Pedals up at 5:30am to 6:30am, CYCLING at Key Biscayne bridge, meet just over the big bridge, in front of the catamarans. NOTE: There are 2-Start times: 5:30am or 6:30am.
Friday 5:55am to 7:00am, Fast Fit Friday, Triathlon Specific Strength Training & Calisthenics, Kennedy Park, 2400 S. Bayshore Dr., Coconut Grove.
Also, SWIM @ LA|Fitness in West-Kendall 7:30am - Join us! 16339 SW 88th Street.
Saturday Every weekend / Long Ride South, Long Run or Brick on Key Biscayne alternating weekends.
